Booking Options
You can book services via our website, phone, or message. We offer one-time visits, recurring services, and custom schedules to fit your needs.
Our Services
We provide daily visits, dog walking, medical help, overnight care, and special needs support. Each service is tailored to your pet’s requirements.
Safety & Coverage
Your pets are cared for by our trained, fully insured, and thoroughly background-checked staff. We are insured by Next Insurance Group and can provide an insurance certificate upon request. We service the entire Houston region, excluding areas beyond League City to the south and north of Champions. Additionally, we provide real-time updates during each visit to keep you informed.
Payments & Discounts
We accept credit cards, cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo. Invoices are sent post-service through Square Inc., but you can also pay via Zelle at 7132080450 or Venmo @samspetservicesllc. We offer discounts for multiple or recurring bookings and accept Afterpay for extended sitting. If needed, we can arrange flexible payment plans, with half payment upfront and the remaining balance later when finances are tight.
Special Requests & Custom Care
We know every pet has unique needs, and we're dedicated to personalized care. Whether your pet needs medication, elderly care, or anxiety management, our experienced team can help. We're skilled with pets requiring special diets, mobility support, or specific routines.
Let us know your pet's preferences, and we'll ensure they're met. We also offer services like extended playtime, customized feeding, and extra attention for pets with anxiety, aiming to provide a stress-free, tailored experience.
Cancellations & Emergencies
We understand that plans can change, so we ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. If a cancellation is made without the required notice, a fee of 50% of the total invoice will be charged to cover the reserved time.
In case of emergencies, we prioritize your pet's well-being. We will immediately contact you and take all necessary steps to ensure your pet receives the care they need, whether it's an unexpected illness, injury, or any urgent situation.
